Tim Trojian and Eliza Clark found the gorgeous old building in the heart of the Catskills that is now Foxfire in 2013. Their goal was to find a way to work together daily, and fall into bed together nightly and be truly partnered in love and business. Foxfire offered that possibility.

After renovating the 11-room inn together, learning as they went and being extremely hands-on DIY with most projects from laying Moroccan tile, to pouring a concrete bar, to designing custom beds and light fixtures, Foxfire Mountain House and Bar Room officially opened in May 2016.
