Lauren Engel-Gelo manages Art Acquisitions and Curatorial Design for Ralph Lauren & the Ralph Lauren Architecture and Design Studio; she also works independently as a curator and art advisor to private clients. Her spaces have been featured in Architectural Digest, Town & Country, Vogue, Marie Claire, GQ, and WWD - amongst other leading titles. Prior to her work with Ralph Lauren, she gained experience working for numerous, reputable New York museums, galleries and auction houses; including the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Guggenheim Museum, Mitchell-Innes & Nash and Artnet. Engel-Gelo also worked as a fashion stylist; she has built relationships and styled for several designer brands.

Engel-Gelo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, with concentrations in Art History, Archaeology and Studio Art from New York University (2015); and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Art History and Museum Collections Management from NYU (2017). In 2020 Engel-Gelo also received a Certificate in Historical Preservation from NYU.
